Inflation wasn't Bidenomics (Comment to WSJ, 12/19/25)

Inflation wasn't "Bidenomics." Inflation was pretty much the same in many, many countries. For US specifically, we squirted several trillion dollars into the economy in 2020 (who was president?) and it was still sloshing around and causing inflation 12-24 months later, which tapered steadily down in most countries.

According to Chat GPT (using internet), US annualized inflation peaked at 9% in mid 2022 (Q2-2022.)

But watch: CANADA inflation peaked at 8% in mid 2022. AUSTRALIA peaked at 8% in Q4 2022. GERMAN inflation peaked around 9% in late 2022.
